Sr. Software Applications Engineer

JOB TITLE: Sr. Software Applications Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and develop salesforce solutions across Salesforce CRM Cloud products.
• Leading discovery Salesforce CRM Cloud Solutions workshops; facilitate and be the Subject matter expertise in technical meetings with large and remote audiences; develop and deliver solution presentations; and lead prototype demonstrations.
• Gather system and design requirements, conduct analysis and establish metrics of success. Support, maintain Salesforce instances.
• Develop integrations and services between external/other enterprise systems and Salesforce. Develops ad-hoc reports as requested by user groups or stakeholders, perform analysis on data as required.
• Refactor existing code for efficiency and apply best practices & procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain application software using object-oriented designs,Force.com, Salesforce Flows, Gen AI GPT, Salesforce lightning components, Web Services API, Apex Classes, Apex Trigger, Visualforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com IDE for Eclipse, Apex deployment Tools, database and other web technologies. Participate in software development on the Salesforce.com platform using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Debug and troubleshoot production environment, Support the analysis and resolution of assigned technical tickets.
• Support data migration and data analysis activities. Implement best deployment/change management practices with Salesforce Cloud Solution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high quality, timely and thorough solutions to the problem.

TOOLS: Will be performing above listed duties extensively using Salesforce.com, Force.com, Selenium, Apex, Object Oriented Programming, VisualForce,Flows, GPT AI, Java/.Net, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Mulesoft, Web Services API, and other web technologies

REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT with (5+) years of experience or Masters with 12 months of experience in an occupation involving software development

SALARY: $126,298/yr. 40 hrs/wk (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
